As I understood, I have had 50 euro in my NS account as a deposit before, maybe you can deduct the 42.20 euro from it due to I have a final leave from the Netherlands. 

 

If you need more help from my side, please let me know.

Good morning Feijie Li and welcome to our Community.

 

I have removed the image in your post as it contained your card number. I understand you'd like to get a refund for the balance on your OV-chipkaart as you’ll be leaving the Netherlands.

Unfortunately, the card itself and it's balance is managed by OV-chipkaart which is a different company. We provide instructions on how to get your balance back, which you can find here

If you are not using NS Flex and have more than € 30,- on your card, you’ll need to fill out a form and send the card along with it. The card will be terminated and you’ll receive your balance back.
