Can you please tell me how to order an online OV-card if you don't live in the Netherlands and don't have a local bank?

If you don’t want any subscription/season ticket, no ov-chipcard (they cost € 7,50) is needed.
You can simply use any credit/debit card (from Maestro, V pay, Mastercard or Visa) for all public transport. American Express doesn’t seem to work, and contactless payments need to be enabled.

Any residential address will do (inform the hotel that mail will arrive for you).
