I ordered the card 13 days ago by paying a fee,
And I have not received the card yet.
I needed this card and you did not keep your promise.

Did you order a new card for € 7,50, or did you order a subscription on a new OV-chipcard? If you ordered it with a subscription, please contact customer service by phone, chat, Facebook or Twitter. They have further information about the card details and the subscription. If you already see a card number in your Mijn NS account, you can also contact the customer service OV-chipcard for further information regarding the delivery status.

Card renewal fails frequently, but when doing the renewal yourself via https://www.ov-chipkaart.nl/terminate-or-replace/what-to-do-with-an-expired-card.htm you will have the new card in a few days, and will be reimbursed by NS upon request.
