I accidentally checked in with the IC direct machine and then check out in the same station with the simple one. In the end I was charged 10e and also 2.30e. The people working at the station told me that I can apply for a refund for this. How can I do that?

Hi Liv,

If you forget to check out, you can indeed contact the Customer Service to claim a refund. We can also help you have course, if you send me your address data and ov-chipcard number in a private message. Then I will help you.

TS didn´t forget to check out, TS checked in the wrong way, namely the toeslag machine.

Please read carefully.

Ts first bought a IC direct toeslag on the platform and subsequently checked out without a valid check-in while leaving the station via the faregates.
Exactly, TS didn´t forget to check out, as Brian NS said.

Not a big thing, but communication should be more accurate in general with NS.
