In Enschede Station i checked in with my OV kaart but i forgot that i have e-teket so i wanted to check-out and use the e-teket i did not pass the gate so i tried to checkout But i get message (im already checked in)
Then i waited 4 min and tried again and i get (check-in)
so i asked the trein police man he said i have to check-out from te other side so i checked-in therd time and i pass the gate and checked-out but in my app i see that two time 20euro payed
What to do now ?
