Hi, I was travelling back to Amsterdam Centraal from Brussels with a valid Thalys ticket. However, when I was going through the gantry I forgot to scan my Thalys ticket and instead used my OV card. For that I was charged 20 Euro. I tried claiming back my money on the NS website but have to fill in a form that seems to cater only to domestic travel. How do I claim my money back?

Seen as you already have your ticket, please fill in the end station the same as the beginning station, both Amsterdam Central. You will get a full refund, because you already had another ticket.
