didn't receive my OV chipkaart

Hi, i ordered an OV chipkaart on 01 September 2020 and till now i received nothing. 

Here's the reference number: 62686192

Can anyone help me with that 😅

Have a look in your Mijn NS account to see if you can find the card number of your new OV-Chipkaart. If you can, contact the customer service of OV-Chipcard directly as they are responsible for the production of the OV-Chipcard.

If you cannot find your card number, you should contact the customer service of NS as they can look that up for you.

There is some delay in the card production proces at the moment. This applies to separate OV-chipcards, replacement cards and subscriptions ordered on a new OV-chipcard. You can follow loklok8's advise in this case.
