After I traveled from Groningen to Utrecht Central on 27th September, I have checked the travel expense and the discount seemed not to be applied.
also, i topped up 50euros by mistake on 27th september, so i would like to refund the credit. However, it has disappeared today.

Unfortunately we can't help you with this, because this is a case for our customer service. If you give them your full name, date of birth, postal code + house number, e-mail address and IBAN they will help you with that almost immediately. Oh yeah, don't forget to explain them what is going on a little. I bet they can fix it all for you!
