On October 9, 2022, I traveled with the HTM tram and loaded 5 euros to my ns card from the tram and spent 1.35 euros for the tram fare. How can I get the remaining money back?

You can get the remaining balance back at the service desk on the station. Or if you are no longer going to use the OV-chipcard, you can also get the balance back online by blocking the OV-chipcard.
