Hello, I’ve ordered an OV chip Kaart on the 23rd of September and still did not receive it. 
Could you please help me with that?

Welcome to our NS Community, DanielaCh. How unfortunate that your OV-chipcard didn't come in yet. Did you order this on www.ns.nl with a season ticket? Or did you order it through www.ov-chipkaart.nl

If you ordered with us, then please get in touch with our customer service so they can look at the possibilities for you. Get in touch with OV-chipkaart themselves if you ordered there.
