I left The Netherlands 13 July and I did not describe NS flex

Good morning. 

 

I recognized I did not describe NS flex.

Ileft the Netherlands 13 July. And I was in Geneve and France. After then I moved to Tunisia on 18th July and to S. Korea 31th July.

Is there good way that I can get the reduction? 

And I want to know how much money I should pay more. I need to pay by international remittance.

I don't think you will get a subscription magically.   

He or she forgot to cancel the subscription.

Oops, I read “I did not subscribe” instead of “describe” 😅

I would suggest you to contact the customer service, because they can check what happened and, if possible, refund the subscription.
