Invoice wrong

I've got an email saying that my invoice is 87.17 euro, while I have ov chipkaart and I pay monthly 31 euro for the weekends traveling, I really don't understand why they sent this invoice with 87.17?

Have you travelled by bus, tram or metro? The Weekend Vrij subscription is only valid for trains. In any case, you can find a detailed specification of the costs in Mijn NS (go to Facturen). That'll probably clear up the confusion.

You could also contact customer service directly; they'll be able to tell you what you are being charged for. Usually, this is most easily done by phone, as they are available 24/7 at 030-751 51 55.
