Hi, I am traveling for a day out with my 2 kids (8 and 9 year old) from Groningen to Amsterdam this sunday 12 march. However, I dont have an ov-chipkaart for the kids and if I order now it wont be on time before sunday. Can the kids still travel for free without ov-chipkaart?
