lost card and keeping subscription

Hi, on 2nd April, I lost my ov card at blaak station (it slip through the elevator) so I asked a friend to buy a ticket. 

I applied for new ov card and it was written my subscription will be transferred automatically (I have weekend free subscription).

but when I check the information of the new card, it seems like subscription is not applied and I already travelled. 
Could you please let me know?

You will need to contact  Customer service. They are able to have a look at it. We are not.
