Lost / stole ns.nl card

Hello I have lost or maybe my ns.nl card was stollen I do not know. I am not in Netherlands at the moment. And I need my card to go work. Please advice

If you've got a personal card (with photo, yellow colour card) you block and replace it by either going to ov-chipkaart.nl and login to your account.

Or if you don't have an account you could call them on +31 (0) 900 0980. Weekdays from 07.00 to 21.30 and Saturdays, Sundays and holidays from 10.00 to 16.00. 

If you've got an anonymous card (blue colour) you are unfortunately out of luck as that type of card cannot be blocked and you would have to buy a new one.

Yup I have a yellow card. I have blocked it.
