Need help with OV chip card

Hello,

I have received my chip card, however I do understand how to link it to the bank account.

I do not see NS Flex Dal Voordeel in my products however when I try to add it again I am getting the message that it is there.

The message I see: “There are currently no products available for collection.”

Also cannot see any invoices in the system.

When I try Register NS Extra from my products I see only message “A moment” and that it.

I am using Chrome.  Any advice are highly appreciated.

Hi Martq, welcome to our Community! 

What an unfortunate situation and how weird you can't see your own products! Can you try and order it while not logged into your My NS account? So if you're logged in, try logging out and order the product you want again!
