no discount applied for off peak

Hello
I subscribed for weekend unlimited option and i know i can get discount for offpeak hours.

But when i check my travel history, there is no discount for the price. My check in time is not peak hours.

Can you explain about this?

if i added now, can i get discount at the last month?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to settle missed discount afterwards, even if you added the discount option now.
