No received card in my adress

i have request two ov chipkaart before pay suscription for special ticket. None of them arrived at home. I need to use them soon and i dont find ewhere request them again.

Very unfortunate, Agustin N. When did you order them and have you checked the address in your My NS-account?

Hi my name Abdihamid Ahmed Ahmed I ordered for ov-chip subscription card in March 25 until now I didn’t receive the card 

Please reach the customer service of the OV-chipcard with this question. Their number is 0900 - 0980. After that you may reach our customer service to get codes for tempory tickets so you still can use your subscription.
