Not Received the card

I have applied for personalized OV chip card and haven’t received it yet. I called the customer service and they said the cards are done by a different company.

normal the cards get delivered after a week.

the customer service employee was right. Translink systems makes the ov-chip card so you have to contact them at 0900 0980 or at klantendesk@translink.nl if its to difficult
