hello, I ordered a new card with a subscription on October 16, I was supposed to receive it in a maximum of 7 days.  I still haven't received the card.  The problem is that the card will start working from October 23, tomorrow, and the card has not yet been delivered.

Contact Customer Service. They will offer an arrangement for your journeys so that there will be no financial damage. 030 7515155, English spoken. Maybe it arrives today, but in general your card should have been there by now.
