Hello, I ordered a NS Flex Weekend Vrij Card. The starting day is 8 mai and im going to use it for 12-14 mai. But the card didn't arrived yet (today 9 mai). I really need to use the card, and im affraid its not gonna arrived in time (7 day normally). Is there any possibility to activate and use the pass with app on the phone without the card?

It's not possible to activate the subscription on your phone.

But you should contact Customer Service by phone (030-7515155), chat, Facebook or Twitter. They can help you out with this. Usually they give you codes which you can use to buy e-tickets for free.
