OV Card not received

Around three weeks ago I have ordered my OV card at the cost of 7,50 euros. However, I still haven't received the card even though it said max. of 6 working days to get to my mailbox.

I also cannot call the custimer service for some reasons and the whole situation is getting irritating because I cannot get in cintact with anyone who can help me.

Could you help me to fix this problem?

Have you tried to contact OV-Chipcard on 0900-0980? They are responsible for manufacturing the card. Try contacting them to see where your card is in the production process.

The NS customer service is rather busy at the moment, it might indeed take a while before you'll get a reply.
