Hello,

 

I recently moved to Netherlands and I have ordered for an OV chipkaart on 7th Feb 2021 and here is my details

Ankur Gupta

Payment reference: PC05300014119115

I have not received the card yet. Kindly help how can I track it.

You can contact the customer service OV-chipcard for further information regarding the delivery status. Did you order the OV-chipcard with a NS subscription, or did you only order an OV-chipcard for € 7,50?
