I applied and paid for my ov-chipkaart months ago but haven’t received it yet. I am ready to provide my full name, zip code, house number, date of birth and IBAN for verification.

You can contact the Customer service is available 24 hours a day via telephone or Twitter.

 

it is not normal that you haven't received anything up till now.
