Hi , yesterday (06.02.2025) I ordered an OV Chipkaart to my German address. I have my trip to the Netherlands on the 20th of Feb. How long does it take to arrive in Germany (Kaiserslautern). Will it make it in time?

Hi Makrina, welcome to our NS Community! In the Netherlands it takes 5 work days. I can't imagine it will take much longer than that to Germany. I am confident it will arrive before the 20th. :) If you want to be absolutely sure, you can always contact them yourself on +49 30 30 80 81 70.
