refund for travelling

Hello, I have bought 3 tickets in the last week with my OVcard (one way from Maastricht to Amsterdam on the 11th of September and home-and-away from Maastricht to Utrecht and vice-versa on the 17th) but I have also done the check in and check out every 3 times. So I have double tickets accredited on my bank account. How can I do to ask for a refund?

In the case some tickets are exactly similar and you are sure of that you can contact Customer Service. Normally there is almost never a refund of an e-ticket.


You do not check out or in. With an e-ticket you only open the gates.
