Requested for a new ov-chip card.

10days ago(Nov.20,2017) i contacted NS klaantenservice. i applied for a new ov-chip card because my other one will get expired Soon in December. Im wondering when to receive the new one. My ov-chip card is also my Dal-voordeel abonnement..
Is anyone could let me know about it?

We are not in charge of the production for the OV-chipcard. We only manage the product that is on the card. To get info about the status of your order you can contact Customer Service OV-chipcard: 0900-0980 (local rate) or via Twitter: @OVchipkaart.

Calls to the 0900-0980 number are not € 0,50 anymore, but normal rate (per minute) so it's free if you have a bundle.
