Hello! Thank you very much for the opportunity to use comfortable trains and enjoy travelling anywhere in the country! I received a bill for my trips in June and I do not agree with some information. Please help me figure it out! 05.28.2023 I arrived in Borne and scanned my card, but there was no sound signal, then I attached the map for the second time and there was a signal. In this adjustment, 12€ was withdrawn. And on 21.06.2023 I travelled from Borne to Hengelo and back. But the account has only Boné-Borne 0€ and Hengelo 20€. Maybe it's some kind of program failure? Take a look, please! Thank you in advance!
