I travelled last night from Baarn to Hilversum at 18:38 richting Amsterdam Centraal. I forgot to check in at station Baarn, but did check out when I arrived at Hilversum. Thus a €10 instaptarief was deducted from my OV chipcard. Is it possible to have the money be paid back for mistake?
