Hi,

I recently rented a bike and would like to check how much I was charged. How can I do that?

Best,

Go to https://www.ns.nl/selfservice/producten (refresh the page if it asks for info) and then click Mijn reishistorie (deur tot deur) on the left to see your transactions.

The charges for OV-fiets rental will be invoiced (auto debit) monthly, and you will see the invoice in Mijn NS (Facturen).

If you have NS Flex, the bike rental will be included on page 2 of your monthly Flex invoice (including costs for train and bus/tram/metro).

You can go to the website https://www.ns.nl/en and create an account there for “Mijn NS”. Unfortunately the page to create an account is in Dutch only.

You then link your OV-chipkaart to your account and you can see all the transactions you’ve made with NS, including the OV-fiets.

If you would like to see all your public transport transactions (all operators) you will have to create a second account at https://www.ov-chipkaart.nl/home-1.htm#/

Thanks. I already have an account, but I am unable to see the transaction. Could it be that it takes some time for the charge to appear?

I’ve read here in the community that it sometimes can take a couple of days for OV-fiets transactions to appear.

Eventually you will see all OV-fiets invoices in “Mijn facturen”.
