I lost my ov chip card during my OV fiets rental.
The bicycle had the new locks.
How do I proceed? Can I open the lock somehow? Do I need to get the replacement card and then go back to the bike after a few days hoping it still there?

How unfortunate that you lost your OV-chipcard. Unfortunately, it is not possible to open the lock. It's best to contact our customer service to have the bicycle picked up and to close your rental period.
