Goodmorning, I am trying to buy the service ov-fiets for 0,01 cent. 

I made the payment yesterday but my bank did not accepted it. So, i am trying to do it again, however, every time i try they tell me: there is the same order in process, which cannot be true because my bank declined it yesterday. 

Can you please help? I spend a whole day trying to solve the problem but I dont know what to do.

Call Customer Service: 030 7515155.

Thom is indeed correct here. Call Customer Service so that they can delete the order that got stuck. :)
