Received email saying I still have my OV-fiets

Hello

 

I have received an email from NS which says that I am still renting my OV-fiets and I have had it for almost one week. This is not correct.

 

I rented an OV-fiets from Amersfoort Centraal on Thursday 16 November in the afternoon. I used this until Sunday 19 November when I returned it to the same location at Amersfoort Centraal in the afternoon.

 

I rented a different OV-fiets at Amersfoort Centraal in the evening on Sunday 19 November. I used this until the afternoon on Monday 20 November when I returned it to the same location at Amersfoort Centraal.

 

Please assist with this. I followed the returns process correctly both times.
