can't find my ticket

I was filling out my information in the ticket to go to Keukenhof but the page gave bug and now I can not find the ticket to print.

Hello Annaluizasf, If you completed the order you should get a conformation email. In the conformation email you will find a link to your E-ticket. If you didn't get this conformation email, you can send me a personal message with your coupon code and your emailadres. Kind regards, Marjan
