Chose wrong departure place

I redeemed a coupon for a single journey ticket, but I accidentally chose the wrong departure place. I haven't used to ticket yet and the date of the ticket is on 9 July. Can I cancel the ticket? Or can I change the date and place of the ticket? Thank you.

Normally coupon codes that have been redeemed cannot be altered or refunded
