Hello, I have got a group ticket for today,but my friend just put the code twice by mistake and I can't put the code anymore ,what can I do?

Thank you,Bart ,I need to solve that now,
It's about my son acctualy ,he will arive in 30 minutes in Eidhoven by plain and have to take the train ,do you think he can solve the problem in Eindhoven station?
Hi Saminoza,

It is not possible to activate an E-ticket, like Groepsretour, on the station. Maybe it is possible for him to print the Groepsretour somewhere at the airport.
