how can i know that the dagkaart is already used or not because i buy dagkaart of person and this dagkaart valid till 2024 but when I try to check in I find it already used. so how can i know or check the dagkaart?

You can contact the customerservice by Phone, Twitter,  Facebook or chat. They can check the card number.

For the next time: don't buy treintickets from other persons. Most of the time they are personal and sometime they are used.

Tot een aantal jaar geleden frequente reiziger. Reizen met de trein is minder leuk geworden
