Hello

I am the first visitor in Netherland and I found out that it is convenient to use NS app and buy ticket. So I tried to buy ticket from Airport to Amsterdam RAI but after buying a ticket I could not find the ticket in the NS app "my tickets". So i tried two times more. But finally I looked up my e mail and I have already buy 3 tickets just for me. So i want to refund 2 tickets. I asked the train ticket box staff about this but she answered me to give it a call to you service center. How can I get refund for 2 tickets? Please let me know.

 

This here isn't the service center, I'm afraid. This community is meant as a place where travellers can be helped by other travellers. We are not NS employees, do not have access to customer data and cannot help you with this situation.

You should contact customer service directly to speak to an NS employee about this. This can be done by phone; they are available 24/7 at 030-751 51 55. You may also contact them by chat (click the link Chat with NS on this page) or by sending a message on X (formerly Twitter) or Facebook.


I suggest that you company make a notice when customers buy a ticket and check "my tickets" on NS app then does not appear any tickets,,, "please check your e mail in case you can not identify your ticket you may find in your e mail instead of buying again"
