To whom it may concern,

I’ve bought a off-peak group e-ticket and want to load it to my NS app, but didn’t find and booking code number on my e-mail confirmation order. How can I load it on to my NS app ?

When you open the email on the same device that the NS app is on, you should be able to import it by clicking the button in the email.

Note that you need the ‘domestic’ NS app for this, not the NS International app. I'm assuming you’re now using the latter, since you shouldn't have to enter a booking code number.
