I bought an online ticket and it was charged in my account but I didn't get any email or code to use. I only speak English so there's some things in the app that aren't translated and I've had trouble calling, so I would appreciate any kind of help.

This is a very unfortunate situation. You had best get in touch with our customer service
so they can check where your ticket is/-what the solution is in this case.
