e-ticket online for tomorrow expired?

Hi! I just bought a ticket online for tomorrow and after loading it in the app appears as expired!!??

That is very odd! I'm not entirely sure what could be causing this. I'd like to recommend for you to contact our Customer Service, my colleagues there can take a look with you and offer a solution if needed. For this I'd recommend to contact us via Social Media or Chat, as you can send a screenshot or photo of what you're seeing through these channels in case that's needed.
