E-Ticket_To your personal page

I need to travel today from Groningen to Eindhoven and therefore I bought a Group Ticket.
I received the mail for my personal e-ticket. But I cannot fill in my personal data since the website alwyas says:
"Er is iets fout gegaan. Bij het opvragen van de gewenste informatie is iets fout gegaan. Een melding hiervan is opgeslagen, zodat de fout opgelost kan worden"
What should I do?

Did you buy it at Facebook? In that case you 'd better contact the one in your group. With Facebook you have to face problems 😉 Things often go wrong.
When you have purchased a groupticket from NS by yourself, you can contact Customer Service. Englsh is spoken: 030 7515155
