Hi Dear Madam/Sir, when I was booking ticket from Delft to Breda, I chose the wrong date. Like, I wanted to book the ticket of 25th January i.e Tomorrow. However, I chose the wrong date, i.e today. It is not possible to use it today cuz it is very late, 21:55 PM now. So I wonder is it possible to get a refund? My order number is ****.

Unfortunately, you cannot change or cancel an e-ticket after purchase. If the ticket has not been opened it is best to contact our customer service. Then we can still cancel it out of goodwill.
