Is it posible to refund?

Hi! I had planned a trip in advance and prebought the tickets for the traintrips already. Now it turns out that im unable to go on the trips and thus wont need the traintickets, is there a way to refund them?

As Maxi tells above already printed tickets cannot be redrawn, due to abuse and fraude. ID is needed to use the printed ticket. Reselling is the best option for unnamed discount tickets.
If it is a chipcard-ticket, you can contact https://www.ns.nl/klantenservice/contact by phone or direct message. They will check the possible use, and discuss posibilities with you.

No that is not a possible option. At your cards stead that you cant refund them.

If there no name stands on your card you can sell your cards on marktplaats, but if there stands your name on it you have to use the tickets.
