Hi,
I have claimed my coupon today. However, i do not received any e-ticket after making the claim. Please help.
For your information, my order number is 7572388.

Welcome to the NS Service Forum. Did you succeed with filling in the coupon code at this webpage and filling in your personal data? Normally you should receive the e-ticket within an hour. Hopefully you have received your ticket in a meanwhile. If not, you can send me a private message with your e-mail address and order number. Your topic has been moved to "Overige producten" (other products).

The code has not been used yet, do so as soon again before another comes with that idea.
And remove the code from the question.
