on line tickets

I bought 2 tickets on line and didn’t get any confirmation. I tried again. In the end I checked my bank account and had the money taken 2 times, but no tickets. I bought at the train station desk to take the train and after that I got 2 emails with confirmation. Now I need to get the money back. How can I do ?

You need to contact  Customer Service Keep all our tickets at hand. You will normally have an e-ticket within an hour and mostly a lot faster.

Don't open the tickets and contact the customer service.
