Over charging for ovfiets

I have just received the invoice for the past month. My account said I needed to pay over 400 euros an when I checked why it was because of an ov fiets that I rented for 2 days and then returned to the station where I first collected it. I returned it properly and signed out. How can I deal with this over charge? Is there someone I can speak to about this? I have proof that I was no longer in Amsterdam through the use of an NS train to return to my home city.
