Problem with loading the ticket in the NS app

Hello! I hope that somebody could answer my question. I always use an NS app to check in and check out during my travels, and for my latest trip the ticket didnt work in an app,it sayd- sorry,we cannot load your ticket , even though I was using the latest version of this app. My question is if it is possible to get my money back for this unvalid ticket? Greetings!

Welcome to our NS Community! I'm sorry to read that you couldn't load the ticket on your app. Did you contact our customer service at that moment? It's also allowed to show the PDF file or to print the e-ticket.
