Problems with downloading the group e-ticket

Hello.

Is since 2 pm that I am trying to download the group e-ticket. I have already payed for the ticket. But when it is asking me for the departure location it seems to not respond to the command... really weird..

could someone please help me?

Hello davide55 and welcome to the NS Serviceforum.

From where to where do you want to travel? And are you letting the program autofinish your departure station, or are you typing it in yourself? What is the end-destination on the groupticket itself?
