Redeeming the code

.I just tried to redeem my code, while I was entering my informaiton accidently I closed the browser. Afterwards I tried to redeem my code in it said something similar to "the code is in use" on top right. I also clicked the link and it says "shopping card is empty". So I do not know what to do. I do not want to pay again. Can someone please help me
